Residents can work one-on-one with our full-time Fitness Director or Fitness Assistant to develop a personalized exercise plan—or join one of our many engaging group classes.

Brenda Prevedel, Fitness & Aquatics Director

Brenda joined Twin Creeks in 2015 and brings more than 15 years of experience in fitness and physical therapy, along with a degree in Exercise Science and certification as a personal trainer.
She teaches a wide range of fitness classes and develops individualized programs for each resident. Brenda’s energy, compassion, and expertise help residents stay active, confident, and healthy.

Her philosophy is simple:

“Movement is the key to independence—and fitness should always be fun.”
