We offer a very versatile, colorful and fun fitness schedule. We believe variety and simplicity blend well when offering seniors the best and easiest access to fitness and that fitness goes hand-in-hand with fun. While educating our residents in safety and the benefits of moving, we bring fitness into their everyday lives. Work with our full-time Fitness Director or her assistant and take advantage of your own individual exercise plan in our fitness center, or join one of our many organized classes.
We have something for every level of fitness or activity, from walking in the pool, and water aerobics classes in the pool to a balance class, yoga or Sit & Fit. Our on-staff certified instructors can help you find a program that’s custom tailored for you and your level of fitness to help you reach your fitness goals.
